9/11 was a terrible tragedy. What it was not was a threat to national security. The response was pure vengeance, but it wasn’t really that either. It was a public brainwashed with desire for vengeance in order to further the schemes of the neocons and the military industrial complex. The plans for invading Iraq and overthrowing the government had been in the works for years. 9/11 was the excuse they had been waiting for, even though Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11.

The four indictments of #DonaldJTrump are part of a criminal conspiracy to interfere in the #2024Election. Everyone involved, DAs, judges, and Politicians, should be tried and convicted of #RICO violations and sent to prison for many years.

The U.S.A. is the Big Guy, the one with all the guns and all the money, the one everyone is afraid of. When the Big Guy speaks, everyone says, “Yes, Boss.” They better or else. But there are some new guys in the hood, Russia, China, India, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, and a whole bunch of other gangsters. They have lots of guns. They have lots of money. And they’re not afraid anymore. A change is gonna come.

I am reading Thomas Paine’s Common Sense for the first time. Such lovely 18th century prose, such clear thinking, such high expectations of the reader. I was struck by the fact that he backs all of his arguments, against monarchy for example, with quotes from scripture. He relies on the cultural knowledge and belief in the Bible of his readers to make his points, not only clear, but irrefutable. This was the foundation of our Republic. How far we have fallen.

We are all sinners here. The cult of the guru, the enlightened master, always ends badly. Those who claim that status, explicitly or implicitly, are frauds. Jesus Christ is the only exception to the rule.

Jack Smith has just announced the end of the 236 year run of the Constitution of the United States of America. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. The Supreme Court may delay things, but in the end the brainwashed majority who believe in the “news” are likely to prevail.

I’m beginning to lose interest in politics. Politics is a sideshow. There is an unimaginably sophisticated global system of surveillance and propaganda in place, and it is not being operated by the politicians. The system is designed to separate people into hostile camps and to make it impossible for anyone to know the truth about anything, to create a divisive reality of multi-layered falsehood. There are intelligence agencies and billionaires involved but they are all cogs in the machine, whether they know it or not. The ultimate mastermind is the Father of Lies himself.

Jesus Christ is the way, the truth, and the life. Zen is not. Zen is a very subtle way of leading people astray. Sorry Thomas Merton. Seeking some mystical experience is not the point of being a Christian. Be obedient, be thankful, and let the Holy Spirit do His work.

Jesus Christ says, “I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.”

In more modern terms, for the the lamp to give light, it must be plugged in and turned on.

At this point in the implosion of the West that the Biden administration is engineering, our only hope is that China and Russia will be kind to us.
